Attach our holographic image transfer UV machine at the end of Offset printing machine (from where the final product comes out after printing). You can get the offset printed paper with holographic image that may be in full portion /customized portion on the paper

TECHNOLOGY:
When the offset printed paper (coated with UV varnish through the same process of offset ink coating on paper in offset printing machine) and transparent holographic image comes in contact under UV lamp, the UV varnish cures by the UV lamp and the holographic image will copy on the offset printed paper. As the holographic image will only copy on the paper we can reuse the holographic film several time. That’s why the process is cost effective.

TECHNOLOGY:
When the gravure printed laminates/metalized paper(substrate) (coated with UV varnish through the same process of gravure printing ink coating on substrate through gravure printing cylinder) and transparent holographic image comes in contact under UV lamp, the UV varnish cures by the UV lamp and the holographic image will be copied on the substrate as the holographic image will only be copied on the substrate we can reuse the holographic film several time. That’s why the process is cost effective.
