This equipment is designed for the commercial production of Embossed Film for Security Holograms and allied Products, using PET & Hot Stamping Foils of various thicknesses from 10µ. and upward.
Due to the highly automated nature of this latest equipment, the end-user can plan and control all the operating variables of the Embossing Process such as temperature, pressure and web speed. This unique feature ensures that optimum results are obtained with minimum wastage of expensive base material ( 3%(three percent) max ).Uniform heating of the Embossing Roller and precise temperature control through an automated oil Heating System ensures High Speed of Embossing and extended “Shim Life “

7. Oil Heating System :
A. 2 Nos. Rotary Union attached half cut shim mounting roller to circulate the Hot Oil from Tank to Centre Roller.
B. Approx 13.5 Kw Oil Immersion Heater to Heat the Oil inside Oil Tank.
C. 1 No. Sensor provided to sense the temperature of the Thermik Oil.
D. 1 No. Hot Oil Circulation Pump with Bello Pipe provided to circulate the Hot Oil through Shim Mounting Roller.
8. Compliance Rubber / Plastic Roll :
A. Pressure Adjustable Hydraulically Operated 2 Nos. Compliance Rubber/ Plastic Rubber Roll for the impression.

9. Chilling Roller : One No. Chilling Roller Provided to Chill the film with the Machine. Both side of the chilling roller there are two rotary union fixed to circulate the chilling water inside the chilling roller.

11. Panel Counting Meter : 1 No Digital Panel Counter with Proximity Sensor for accurate counting of Number of Panel and also stop embossing automatically after reaching the required no of panel without presence of Operator.
